We have a large number of colleagues who are behind the scenes ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service. This involves accurate and timely processing of customer instructions ranging from account opening and service queries, to processing customer mortgages, and much, much more.

You must be committed to producing high quality work and delivering outstanding customer service. But we will provide you with full training and support to be successful.

Collector - Telephony

Reliable and outgoing, you will negotiate effective repayment solutions for customers with overdue accounts and help them avoid getting into this situation in the future.

To succeed you will be capable of treating customers with dignity and respect and working collaboratively as part of a team. A methodical, task-focused approach, resilience in the face of challenge and confident communication and relationship-building skills will be vital.

Credit Officer - CCS

You will resolve problem lending situations (mainly related to mortgage arrears and insolvency) and achieve repayment of outstanding debts whilst providing a high quality service to customers.

The role will appeal to someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to learn new skills. The ability to follow procedures, communicate with people from all walks of life and persevere when faced with a challenge will be essential.

Credit Officer – Central Underwriting Unit

Reliable and methodical, you will carry out credit approval for mortgage and unsecured lending applications through effective risk assessment, to ensure responsible decisions are made.

You will be a confident communicator with a meticulous and methodical approach to the job. Resilient, determined and tenacious, you will be capable of working collaboratively in a team environment and delivering a high quality service.

Customer Service Officer - Complaints

This role will focus on resolving customer and debtor complaints arising from collections and recovery services. You will play a vital part in protecting the Bank’s position whilst ensuring customers enjoy a positive experience.

Friendly, outgoing and resilient, you will be a first class communicator and relationship-builder who thrives on challenge. You will also be keen to acquire new knowledge and skills and comfortable working in a flexible team environment.

Debt Recovery Officer

This important role in our Collections team will focus on maximising the recovery of outstanding debts from former customers using effective negotiation and settlement techniques. At all times you will ensure we provide the highest levels of customer service.

Confident, outgoing and resilient, you will be an excellent communicator with a methodical, results-oriented approach to the job. The ability to persevere in challenging situations, build long-term relationships with customers and work as part of a team will be essential.
