Joining the team in UK Operations, you’ll help to provide a high quality service to both internal and external customers. This will include answering queries and requests for support, and carrying out a variety of administrative processes, all to meet agreed service levels.
Outgoing and confident, you will have a methodical and task-focused approach, particularly when dealing with challenging tasks and issues. Able to quickly build rapport and lasting relationships with often complex and demanding customers, you’ll understand their needs through intelligent questioning and active listening, and so provide appropriate solutions. You will also have excellent communication, planning, organising and time management skills.
