In the last year, almost 173,000 days were dedicated to learning across our business, with over 33,000 employees attending face-to-face courses. In the last six months alone, over 68,000 people accessed online learning.

Mentoring, coaching and one-to-one appraisals are a part of everyday life here. And we actively help people work towards relevant professional qualifications.

Our first priority will be to make sure you have the knowledge to do your role as well as you can. After that, it’s about giving you the training and support you need to progress – something we’ll do for you at every stage of your career.

My Learning, our online learning facility, will play a big part in that. My Learning is designed to support your technical, personal and professional development. You can select material that’s in tune with your learning style, development aims and location. Learning options include online learning, face-to-face classes, books, CDs, DVDs and distance learning materials. You’ll be able to access My Learning from your desktop or one of our dedicated Learning Pods.
